That’s why research guides everything we do. No matter how big we get, we don’t want to ever think of our users as numbers on a dashboard. We always remember there are people on the other end of our app, each coming to us for something specific — a fun night out, long-term love, or even just figuring out what they want in life. And to do our job, we must always be listening.
This Human Connection Hub is a reflection of that commitment. It is where we are going to share a lot of the new research guiding our innovation and product development with the hope it helps others, too.
For example, our new white paper revealed that Gen Z are rewriting the rules of dating. They come to dating apps to learn about themselves, clarify what they want in a partner, and understand how to set and maintain boundaries. In short, the younger generation is teaching us that the old views of dating and dating apps do not apply anymore.
With this knowledge, we are building better for current and future generations of daters. And this is just the start. We’ll continue adding research to the Hub and hope you will visit often.
